- The Ship Shape Policy -

- We are transparent with you. The price we quote to you at your free assessment will never increase (unless you wish to add specific items to our cleaning checklist down the road).

 

- We are contract-free, so you will never have to worry about paying for a clean you no longer want or need.

 

- We provide a free estimate for you. The owners will come to your house and go through our cleaning checklist with you to make sure we have an understanding of what is expected at your first clean.

- We service all areas around Madison. If your home is an excessive distance from the downtown area, we will do our best to work out a plan with you to make it fair for us to drive to you while being able to make your appointment on time.

- We require all payments to be made in full by the time of the appointment. If no payment is met, we will not clean.

- We will reschedule any clean that is cancelled by us as soon as possible (unrelated to weather or holidays). Please note that emergencies happen at short notice, and we are a small team.

 

- We do not offer refunds on cleans you are unsatisfied with. Please notify us within 24 hours of your clean if you are unsatisfied, and we will reschedule as soon as possible to fix anything you see that was missed.

- We will not travel due to inclement weather. If we are unable to get to your house, we will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.

- We will not clean any home with pests (cockroaches, rodents, insects, etc.).

- We will only clean non-smoking houses.

- We are closed on all major holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

- We reserve the right to refuse, remove and terminate a client for any reason at any time.
